Tom is particularly interested in environmental law. He has acted for the Environmental Law Foundation, and is keen to develop this area of practice.
In 2020 Tom was jointly nominated for Advocate’s Young Pro Bono Barrister of the Year award.

- Richards v Environment Agency and another [2022] EWCA Civ 26: Tom acted in the High Court and Court of Appeal in this landmark judicial review brought under the Human Rights Act 1998, led by David Hart KC.
