Clodagh Bradley KC specialises in clinical negligence, inquests with a medical or psychiatric element to them and healthcare regulatory law.
Clodagh undertakes complex and maximum value clinical negligence claims on behalf of Claimants and Defendants. A large proportion of her work involves perinatal brain injury, other acquired brain or spinal injuries and catastrophic life-changing or fatal injuries.
