Clodagh Bradley QC, instructed by Vicki Seabrook of Scrivenger Seabrook, acts on behalf of the family in the ongoing inquests into Graham Stoten’s death, aged only 57, and the deaths of 9 other patients of Mr Paul Miller, urological surgeon, who was dismissed for gross misconduct by Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, owing to his mis-management of Mr Stoten and other patients as he failed to offer curative surgery for his bladder cancer and instead pursued experimental treatment options, resulting in Mr Stoten’s premature death.
