Kirsten joined Chambers in July 2017 and specialises in family law. She welcomes instructions in all Children Act and Family Law Act proceedings, acting for parents, Guardians, intervenors and Local Authorities. Before coming to the Bar, she worked as a paralegal for a national firm of solicitors in their family department and then in Project Management at Ernst & Young (EY).

Kirsten is known for grasping complicated cases quickly and is often instructed to represent clients at urgent and last-minute hearings. She has been described as professional and thorough but kind in her manner. Kirsten is a calm advocate, making the court process less stressful.

Kirsten is an active member of Chambers and is involved in the Private Law Sub Group Committee for Sussex. Kirsten often speaks at lectures and seminars.
