Children (Private Law)

Hope is instructed on a regular basis to represent both Applicants and Respondents in private law cases.

This is at all stages of proceedings from First Hearing and Dispute Resolution Appointments, all the way through to final hearing. She has been instructed in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and substance misuse.

Hope is experienced at dealing with vulnerable clients.

In addition, Hope accepts instructions to represent clients in children arbitration. She has undertaken training in Children Arbitration from Julie Stather, MCI Arb, who co-authored the paper to IFLA proposing the extension of the arbitration scheme to children matters.
