Tim Hussein recently appeared for two children in an application for care and placement orders.
In his conclusion, Keehan J set out that the loss of benefits from the substantial wealth the children would have enjoyed without the orders, although a factor to be considered, does not outweigh the very considerable benefits of enabling the children to spend the rest of their lives in a safe, loving, and nurturing family.
