We shall be holding a seminar in Chambers on the Family Proceedings Rules from 5pm to 7pm on Monday, 11 April to be given by Adam Smith and Christopher Rice. The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception to give attendees the opportunity to meet the speakers and other members of Chambers.

As from 6 April, the new rules will provide a coherent and unified set of procedures that will radically replace the rules family practitioners currently work with. The speakers will consider the new procedures as they apply to Public and Private Children cases, Matrimonial proceedings and Ancillary Relief.

The seminar is registered for 2 CPD points and will cost £20.
