In Public Law matters Delia is regularly instructed in complex cases where there are allegations of non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, parental drug and alcohol abuse, mental illness and cognitive limitations. Her practice is balanced between representing Local Authorities, parents, grandparents and Guardians.
