We are sad to announce that Karen McLoughlin has left 1COR after many happy years with us. Karen moved to South East London many years ago, and found balancing travelling and getting the right work/life balance increasingly difficult. Therefore, she made the very difficult decision to move to a Chambers that she knew had a strong Local Authority practice that would be more local for her.
We wish her the absolute best and she will be missed by us all.
However, by pure co-incidence we can announce that Nick Horsley of Coram Chambers will be joining us as of the 5 February 2024. Nick is an extremely experienced practitioner with a reputation for being an extremely personable and effective advocate, with many years of experience in complex children matters.
If you have not met or previously instructed Nick, we look forward to introducing him to you.
