Rachel Baker to speak on Contentious Applications in the Court of Protection

On 21^st September Rachel Baker will be speaking at an MBL seminar – Contentious Applications in the Court of Protection – Best Practice & Procedure.

The seminar will cover the court’s jurisdiction, legal principles, and procedure for both personal welfare and property and affairs cases.

Rachel is an experienced barrister with a busy Court of Protection practice. She appears regularly before the Court in a range of proceedings within its jurisdiction, and accepts instructions to represent local authorities, litigation friends (including ALRs and the Official Solicitor) and family members.
