Yesterday Anita Mehta was officially appointed as a Deputy District Judge on the South-Eastern Circuit.
Anita was called to the Bar in 2002 and built a strong practice focusing on Family law, specifically financial remedy and private law Children cases. She is also a Resolution trained mediator and committee member for Tax, Pensions and Financial Remedy. Anita often lectures and writes, most recently on ‘Pensions: the hottest topic in financial remedy cases.’ She will maintain her current practice whilst sitting as a Deputy District Judge.
