Rowan Jenkins wins prosecution of a Hastings man who has been convicted after trial of three counts of attempted murder. The defendant, who suffered from serious mental health issues at the time, stabbed three men in a flat over 20 times, leaving them with life-threatening chest and head injuries. The defence, represented by QC and junior, had argued that he had not been capable of forming the necessary intention.

This is one of a series of major cases which the Brighton Criminal Team have been instructed to prosecute and defend this year.
