We held our 4th annual beach volleyball tournament at Yellowave beach sports venue located in Brighton on 3 July 2015.
This year’s event and the new trophy were dedicated to Ghulam Hussain, our friend and fellow barrister who passed away earlier this year. The ‘Ghulam Hussain Cup’ was won by Old Bailey Criminal Defence Solicitors, based in Haywards Heath, and they will be able to display the Ghulam Hussain trophy during the year of their win.
17 teams took part in the tournament this year and raised £2,550 for Rockinghorse Children’s Charity, bringing the total raised for the Brighton-based charity to £9,900 from this event over the last three years.
