Christine represented a van driver charged with death by dangerous driving in a trial at Reading Crown court where the 5 co-defendants were charged with conspiracy to contrive a road collision in order to defraud an insurance company and manslaughter. The van driver was acquitted of death by dangerous driving despite numerous co-defendants running a ‘cut throat defence’ against him.
