David Evans KC specialises in clinical negligence litigation, exclusively in cases involving perinatal brain injury. He has a specific expertise in quantum in the analysis and quantification of high value catastrophic brain injury claims. These are mostly brain injury claims in relation to perinatal events but also brain injuries caused by neonatal meningitis or hypoglycaemia, and wrongful birth claims.
He also has extensive experience in public inquiries following his 8 years on the Attorney-General’s ‘A’ panel of Counsel to the Crown, and he has worked on some of the highest profile inquiries in recent years.
