David has extensive experience in public law, inquests and medical law, and is described in the directories as “a powerful intellect, very hardworking, great judgement…”, “a tenacious lawyer and persuasive advocate”, and “excellent, conscientious and a pleasure to work with.” He has acted in some of the most high-profile, significant and complex cases in his fields, and his recent work includes representing the Air Accident Investigation Branch in the inquests arising from the Shoreham air crash, and the Rail Accident Investigation Branch in the inquests arising from the Croydon tram derailment.
