John represented Bhaskar Bhowal, a consultant hand surgeon in a claim by Alex Cisak, the Australian international goalkeeper at championship side Burnley, relating to treatment of a wrist fracture in 2009. On Day 3 of the trial in the High Court, and immediately following John’s cross examination of his expert witness, Mr Cisak discontinued his claim and was ordered to pay indemnity costs.
