Inquests

Nicholas has acted as sole counsel in a number of inquests, on behalf of families, state bodies, and NHS Trusts. These have included multi-day inquests, and those heard before a jury.

He recently acted pro bono for a family in an inquest into the death of a man following a c. 4-hour delay in the arrival of an ambulance.
