Martin Forde KC instructed by Jacqueline McKenzie, who leads a team comprising Dan Webster and Jerome Bond of Leigh Day, and leading Elaine Banton of Doughty Street Chambers, is acting for the family of Professor Jason Arday in the inquest into his death.
Professor Arday died on 14th August 2026. Coroner Julian Norris said that he had reason to suspect the death was unnatural and was therefore required to commence an inquest. The inquest was opened at Inner South London Coroner’s Court on 26th August 2026 and adjourned to a date to be confirmed.
