It has been announced today that Neil Garnham QC has been appointed to the High Court Bench.
He will be assigned to the Queen’s Bench Division and will be sworn in at 13.30 on 5 November 2015 in Court 4 before the Lord Chief Justice.
Neil was called to the Bar in 1982. He joined us from 1 Temple Gardens in 1994. He was appointed a Recorder in 2000, a Queen’s Counsel in 2001 and a Deputy High Court Judge in 2008.
We are, of course, delighted and wish him all the very best in what we are sure will be a successful career in his new role.
