Neil Garnham QC and Matthew Flinn are acting for four families of the deceased in the inquests arising out of the In Amenas terror attack in January 2013.

It is anticipated the inquest will explore the circumstances in which six Britons and one UK-based man were captured, held hostage and then murdered when terrorists over-ran a gas plant operated by BP and other companies in Southern Algeria. On 2 September the inquests were adjourned following representations by the British Government to the Chief Coroner about the need for a judge to review sensitive government material.
