After a two week trial in the High Court, Marina Wheeler successfully defended the actions of an Integrated Health and Social Care Authority in the Southwest of England. The Authority had removed elderly residents from a Care Home where they were judged to be at risk of significant harm due to neglectful care and terminated their contract with the Home.
