Suzanne is passionate about immigration, asylum and human rights. She has been using her experience and expertise gained as a former member of the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel (between 2007 and 2016) to build her Claimant public law practice in this area as well as in prisons and human rights more generally. She has experience in relation to Tier 2 and Tier 4 immigration, as well as asylum, and appears in instructed to appear in the High Court and the Upper Tribunal for judicial review challenges, as well as the First Tier Tribunal (appeals).
