Stephen Miller KC is an accredited mediator. He has been a member of the Court of Appeal panel of mediators since 1997 and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He acted in eight mediations between 2016 and 2019, involving the following:

- high-value clinical negligence actions
- construction site personal injury action
- road traffic accident
- road traffic accident with third and fourth parties and repudiation of liability to indemnify by insurers
- medical doctor’s inability to become accredited by his specialist organization
