Robert has extensive experience in cases involving public law, administrative law and human rights. He regularly appears in the High Court and Court of Appeal in such cases. He acts for both claimants and defendants including major government departments.
Prior to taking silk, Robert was a member of the Attorney General’s A Panel of counsel.
