Rajkiran (Kiran) is a highly versatile advocate with a wide-ranging practice spanning clinical negligence, inquests, public law, immigration, public inquiries, tax, personal injury, environmental and planning matters, and criminal injuries compensation.

Kiran acts for both Claimants and Defendants and is a member of the Attorney General’s C Panel.

She has a wide range of advocacy experience, both led and unled, having appeared in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Upper Tribunal, Coroners’ Courts and in planning inquiries.

Since 2024 she has been working with Angus McCullough KC and Matthew Hill on the McCullough Review, an independent review of the conduct of the Police Service of Northern Ireland relating to covert measures against journalists, lawyers and others of ‘special status’ between 2011 and 2024.

Kiran is founder and Commissioning Editor of the 1COR Quarterly Medical Law Review (QMLR). She is also a co-editor along with Sir Neil Garnham, Caroline Cross and Matthew Hill of the 2nd edition of the Inquest Book.

Kiran has been ranked in both leading legal directories for several years, most recently recognised as a Leading Junior for Inquests & Inquiries in The Legal 500 and as Up & Coming for clinical negligence in Chambers and Partners 2025.  Recent editorial includes:
