Matthew Flinn is an Associate Member of Chambers and had a broad practice in the main areas of Chambers’ work, in particular public law, human rights, clinical negligence and personal injury. He is developing particular expertise in inquests, and clinical and dental negligence claims, acting for both Claimants and Defendants. He undertakes a wide range of advisory and court work, from small claims hearings to the High Court.

He is a regular contributor to the UK Human Rights Blog, and a number of his articles have been reproduced by, or linked to, other legal websites.
