Leo is regularly instructed by claimants/applicants and defendants/respondents in data protection, privacy and information law matters, particularly cases involving psychiatric injury.

He has quickly built up experience in advisory work related to data protection, along with public law and judicial review matters which raise data protection and privacy issues.

Leo has a particular interest in the overlap between data protection and privacy in a healthcare context. Leo has written about the response of NHS Trusts to a data breach following hacking and blackmail in the QMLR, here.
