Jo acts for both Claimants and Defendants in personal injury matters. She regularly appears in the County Court in personal injury trials. She also acts in claims arising out of RTAs, such as Stage 3 MOJ hearings and Credit Hire hearings.
Jo advises in writing on liability and quantum in a variety of personal injury matters.
Jo is currently instructed by the Government Legal Department in the Kenya Emergency Group Litigation (the ongoing ‘Mau Mau’ litigation) during which she has gained considerable personal injury and human rights experience.
