Personal Injury
Gideon is regularly instructed in personal injury claims by both claimants and defendants. These include claims arising from accidents at work, employers’ liability and public liability claims, prison-related claims and serious road traffic injuries. He also has experience acting for the victims of sexual assaults.
He often acts in inquests relating to topics ranging from medical negligence to mental health issues, nursing care to road traffic accidents.
