Personal Injury
Dominic represents both claimants and defendants across the entire spectrum of personal injury litigation. The majority of his practice consists of Fatal Accident claims and high value employer’s liability and other workplace injuries (including harassment, stress, industrial disease related conditions). He has a particular expertise in issues of vicarious liability and ‘the course of employment.’ His employment practice also brings an additional perspective to claims that overlap the civil courts and employment tribunals.
He is regularly instructed on a sole basis in claims worth over £1m.
