Dominic primarily represents employers in disciplinary and employment proceedings, in particular in complex cases alleging wrongful dismissal or harassment and other forms of discrimination on the basis of disability and race. There is a significant overlap with his personal injury practice and claims for harassment.
He regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal, averaging 3-4 substantive 5+ day hearings a year.
