Allyna is currently assisting HM Revenue and Customs with matters involving direct and indirect tax. Allyna gained experience in tax under the supervision of Amy Mannion KC. Her experience includes drafting and research in relation to an Upper Tribunal challenge to the imposition of tax on a charitable fundraising event, involving interpretation of EU-derived domestic legislation post-Brexit. She is keen to build her practice in this area.
