Inquests & Inquiries

Allyna has assisted in a range of inquest matters including research into Article 2 inquests, providing advice on the merits of a claim post-inquest, and preparing questions for witnesses in inquests. Allyna also gained experience in the workings of inquiries under the supervision of Amy Mannion KC and Shahram Sharghy, who are respectively instructed in the Undercover Policing Inquiry and the Thirlwall Inquiry. Allyna is currently instructed in several inquests involving sensitive issues of suicide and mental health issues.
