Alice is gaining experience in this area, having drafted advice on judicial review prospects and succeeding in a judicial review renewal hearing. She represents both claimants and defendants, most recently acting for a local authority concerning a referral of safeguarding concerns made to the Local Authority Designated Officer, and in an appeal of a refusal for asylum on behalf of an Albanian national.
