Alice is regularly instructed in high profile public inquiries and is adept at handling the many facets of an inquiry, such as drafting court applications, Rule 9 requests and question plans as well as reviewing witness evidence, data analysis and disclosure requests.

Alice co-authored the chapter Inquest versus Public Inquiry in The Inquest Book: The Law of Coroners and Inquests (Second Edition, 2025).
