Alice has experience across a broad range of personal injury litigation, having conducted standard procedural hearings, advised on complex liability and quantum issues, and drafted pleadings, including a £650k schedule of loss in an RTA claim.

Alice has dealt with the crossover into clinical negligence, having prepared Particulars of Claim in an accident‑at‑work case involving employer negligence, contributory negligence and subsequent negligent medical treatment, advising on the resulting causation, quantum and claim‑consolidation. Most recently, she represented the family at an inquest into a death caused by personal injury at work.
