Inquests
Alasdair regularly represents families, doctors, public bodies and other properly interested persons at inquests. He has particular experience of inquests arising out of deaths in prisons or mental health institutions.
He wrote the chapters on ‘Police Inquests’ and ‘Deaths in the Workplace’ in The Inquest Book (ed. Cross and Garnham, 2016, Hart, Oxford)
