We are delighted to announce that Leanne Woods & Alice Kuzmenko have been appointed to the Bar Standards Board‘s (BSB) Tribunal Representation Panel.
In this role, Leanne and Alice will advise the BSB on disciplinary tribunal proceedings, interim suspension applications, fitness to practise matters, and appeals, including appeals against administrative sanctions. They will also represent the BSB at tribunal hearings and in appeals before the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
