Congratulations to our Junior Clerk, Amy Sawyer, on successfully completing the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks (IBC) Introduction to Business Management Course, achieving an outstanding mark of 93%.
The course provides a strong foundation for those beginning their careers in the profession, covering essential knowledge and skills while helping participants develop a broader understanding of business management within chambers.
This year’s programme placed particular emphasis on the growing impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and how emerging technologies are shaping the future of barristers’ chambers, equipping delegates with valuable insight into the opportunities and challenges facing the legal sector.
Amy is the third Clerk at 1COR London to complete the course, following Morgan Burns and Macy Steans in previous years.
