We are delighted to announce that Pritesh Rathod has been appointed to the British Horseracing Authority’s (BHA) Independent Judicial Panel, which encompasses the Disciplinary Panel, Appeal Board and Licensing Committee. Members of the Judicial Panel are appointed for three-year terms and may serve a maximum of two consecutive terms.
The Chair, Sarah Crowther KC, noted that the application process “was extremely competitive.”

Pritesh holds a number of sports disciplinary appointments including sitting as an Independent Judicial Panel Chair at British Universities and Colleges Sport and as a Recreational Discipline Panel Member at the England and Wales Cricket Board. Pritesh is also a member of Sport Resolutions Pro Bono Panel.
Pritesh will undertake this appointment alongside his practice.
