Shaheen Rahman KC is leading Module 10 of the Covid Inquiry, along with Kate Blackwell KC. Hearings commenced on 16 February 2026 and will conclude on 5 March 2026.
The module examines the impact of the pandemic and the measures in response on society, with a particular focus on mental health, key workers, the most vulnerable, and the bereaved.
