Amelia Walker appears in the Court of Appeal today in Mulberry Bush Organisation Ltd v FXS (CA‑2024‑002626). Instructed by Emma Jones of Leigh Day solicitors, Amelia represents the Respondent, FXS.
At first instance, Mrs Justice Obi found that FXS had been subjected to battery and falsely imprisoned while a pupil at Mulberry Bush School. The judgments on liability and quantum are reported at [2024] EWHC 1406 (KB) and [2024] EWHC 2844 (KB).
