We are delighted to announce that the Counsel General for Wales and Minister for Delivery has appointed Gareth Rhys to the Welsh Government’s Public Law B Panel of Counsel for a five-year term commencing on 1 February 2026. Gareth will undertake advocacy and advisory work for the Welsh Government in all aspects of public and constitutional law.
Gareth has a breadth of experience acting for and advising individuals, government departments and Overseas Territory governments in public and constitutional law matters including judicial review, human rights, environmental and revenue law.
