We are delighted to announce that Angus McCullough KC has been appointed as a Judge of the Courts of Appeal of Jersey and Guernsey. He will sit part-time in this role, and his practice at the Bar will continue unchanged. He is due to be sworn in as a judge in Jersey in November and in Guernsey early next year.
The judges of the Courts of Appeal include the Bailiff in each jurisdiction, as well as senior KCs and retired judges from the United Kingdom.
