Members are able to draw on their considerable expertise in both clinical negligence and health law, ensuring that they are heavily commended for their expertise in cases concerning catastrophic brain and spinal injuries.
Justin has a specialist personal injury practice focusing on compensation claims arising out of childhood sexual abuse. He is recognised to have particular expertise in claims against the Catholic Church and other religious institutions, having been in most of the leading cases in this area.
