We are delighted to announce that in accordance with section 9 (1) of the Senior Courts Act 1981, with the approval of the President of the Family Division, following consultation with the Lord Chancellor, Sarah Lambert KC has been authorised to act as a Judge of the High Court in the Family Division.
Sarah has been deployed to the South Eastern Circuit.
Sarah will sit part time in this role in due course, alongside her existing fee paid judicial posts as a Recorder and as a Deputy Costs Judge of the Senior Courts Costs Office. Her practice at the Bar continues unaltered.
