We are delighted to welcome Paula Kelly and Rebekah Lee as full tenants today. Rebekah and Paula are joining 1COR after successfully completing their pupillages with us and are both building strong practices in all of Chambers’ practice areas.
Paula accepts instructions across all of Chambers’ practice areas. She gained experience in pupillage of matters relating to public and constitutional law, human rights, inquests, extradition, clinical negligence and personal injury, sexual abuse compensation, extradition, tax, and employment and discrimination. She has appeared in the County Court, the Magistrates’ Court and as sole counsel in the High Court. Prior to pupillage, she was a Judicial Assistant in the High Court King’s Bench Division and a Kennedy Scholar at Harvard Law School. In her previous career, she spent several years advising senior politicians in Parliament. Read more about her practice here.
During pupillage, Rebekah gained experience in public law, inquests, inquiries, clinical negligence, personal injury, employment law, immigration and tax. Rebekah was ranked first in her year at university and prior to starting pupillage, spent three months in South Africa, working with a leading human rights organisation assisting with constitutional matters and indigenous land rights. She looks forward to building a diverse practice and is happy to consider instructions across all of Chambers’ core areas. Read more about here practice here.
