The Thirlwall Inquiry has been set up to examine events at the Countess of Chester Hospital and their implications following the trials, and subsequent convictions, of former neonatal nurse Lucy Letby of murder and attempted murder of babies at the hospital.
Peter Skelton KC and Leanne Woods are representing the parents of Babies A, B, L, M, N & Q instructed by Tamlin Bolton of Switalskis. Peter also leads Shahram Sharghy in representing the parents of Baby I instructed by Tim Annett of Irwin Mitchell. Together they form Family Group 1 at the Inquiry.
Andrew Kennedy KC and Thomas Hayes represent Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and are instructed by Emma Stockwell of Hill Dickinson.
