Michael Paulin, who was instructed to act by a global corporate entity in a complex and extended Code of Practice 9 (COP9) investigation, has achieved a successful negotiated resolution in full and final settlement of all purported liabilities.
HMRC’s COP9 procedure gives taxpayers the opportunity to make a complete and accurate disclosure of all their deliberate and non-deliberate conduct that has led to irregularities in their tax affairs.
